  • Alfriston is approx. 2 hour drive South of London.

    Exit the A27 to Alfriston on Alfriston Rd (direction Drusilla’s Zoo). Pass through Alfriston village and then pass Deans Place Hotel on your left and Riverdale House B & B on your right. 50 metres after Riverdale House there is a large drive to your right.

    Beyond the Winery, drive through two large buildings named Bottling and Cellar. Continue along the track for another half mile until a left hand bend and you will see The Flint Barns with a red roof.

  • Regular trains run from London Victoria to nearby Polegate and take 90 minutes, from which Alfriston is a 10 minute taxi ride. Please book taxis in advance.

  • After the ceremony buses will be provided to transport guests to Rathfinny and back to Alfriston at the end of the night. There is also parking available at Rathfinny.

The towns of Polegate,  Seaford and Lewes have other hotel options. Additionally, a couple more pubs in Alfriston have accommodation available.

Golf

We have booked a number of tee times at Seaford Golf Club, BACON ROLLS FROM 10Am, FIRST TEE TIME 10:30AM. Please let us know ASAP if you want to join and play with the groom. Cost is £61 for coffee + bacon roll + Green Fee.

Wine Tasting

We have booked two tours of Rathfinny Wine Estate and tastings at 1pm and 3pm. The cost per person is £27.50. Please let us know ASAP if you want to join and taste with the bride. 

Dinner

Following welcome drinks, optional sit down dinner at The Wingrove is available to guests. Cost per person at guest’s discretion.
